September News from HQ...
We hope that you all had a fantastic summer, windy and full of exciting Kite sessions! But now it is time to leave this quiet summer fling and to face the Autumn arrival!!! Saying that, for the last few days, in Achill or in Dublin, it looks like the real summer has just arrived now!!!!
For sure it will change, cause september is for us, kitesurfers, one of the best month of the year: it is still warm and all the winds are waking up!!!!
So whats happening in the Puremagic World this month??
No doubt you heard about it: The BATTLE FOR THE LAKE...will soon start!
Originally planned for the 24-25th Sept, we had to postpone it to the weekend after (2-3rd october)
The plan is simple: Freestyle competition and big Party!!!! We are all there to celebrate the West Coast Kitesurfing!!!! Our Centre has been opened there for 6 months already and we will proudly host the whole event...Loads of surprises to expect!! And of course the show will be ...priceless!!! Achill Lake is from far THE BEST PLACE in Ireland to run a freestyle comp, the riders can jump over the crowd, everything is very safe and we have winds every year!!! Dj Manu and our Redbull partners will be there too for the entertaining part!!! And you can come and demo all the new 2011 gear from the shop...ITS MAGIC!!!!

Then, what else happening in the Puremagic world this september?
The Centre in Achill will be open until end of OCtober, so if you fancy an experience full of kite, music, guinness, sheep, surf...and turf...and much more...! Do not hesitate to join us in the Lodge. You will feel like in another world...a very cosy and friendly world...where the passion of Kiting is our priority!! And also the passion of pizzas with our Chef Alex!! Join Diarmuid and Francois and Ride the waves of the ocean, between Keel beach and all the wave spots around! You can train there before the Rhinowave Charge of our friend Ryan Coote (17-18th Sept)!!!
In few words: Achill in September is the place to be to fullfill all your Kitesurfing needs!!!
On the Dublin side, we still give lessons until october and the shop is getting full with plenty of new toys!!!!
The new Winter collection Mystic has just arrived so run on our shelves!!!! it wont last long...as usual! The new wetsuits are very very sexy, fashion...and toasty warm to keep you riding for hours!!! The longer the better!!! ;-)
